Oliva Pasta creates seasonal tasting menus with handmade pastas made with organic stone milled flours. Our menus evolve around seasonal antipasti’s, pastas, and desserts. Sourcing the best ingredients and producers to create the highest quality menus.


Chef Andrew Dolich is a talented pasta maker who has been growing and honing his skills for the last decade. His dedication to his craft, striking plating, and creative original dishes have earned him many accolades, including several Chef’s Roll contest wins.
