Pasta Classes
Our pasta program is great for home cooks and chefs aspiring to learn more. We work on recipe development, pasta shapes, and dough techniques. Offering one on one in home classes (irl or virtual). We will have monthly changes on classes focusing on few different shapes each month. IRL classes will only be offered to Michigan residents from Oakland or Macomb County.
Gnocchi Sardi
Gnocchi sardi is from Sardinia, Italy. Traditional made withs semolina and water. this shape is a great start to pasta making. the coarse is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Trofie
Trofie a short thin twisted pasta noodle that resembles a cork screw. a staple in modern Ligurian cuisine (origin Liguria, Italy). This shape is an advanced pasta shape but anyone can do it with some love and care. The coarse is 2 hours long

Cappellacci
Cappellaci meaning “little hats” from the Ferrara area of Emilia Romagna, Italy. This shape is full of creativity from fillings, different doughs, and recipes. This is an intermediate pasta shape but are very fun to make. The coarse is 2-3 hours long.
